His professional background includes experience associated with leading financial and advisory institutions, including Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Lehman Brothers and Deloitte, along with advisory work across the USA, Europe, the Middle East and international markets.
Over his career, Prasad has worked on and supported 20+ M&A transactions and 15+ investment and capital-raising engagements, with transaction values ranging from US$50 million to US$5.4 billion across multiple sectors. His work has included financial modeling, valuation, fundraising support, transaction analysis, business planning, capital budgeting and board-level decision support.
He is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and specializes in building investor-grade financial models, fundraising pitch decks and capital planning frameworks that translate business strategy into clear, credible financial cases for venture capital, private equity, banks, strategic investors and internal decision-makers.
