Prasad’s professional background includes roles and engagements with Deloitte, Merrill Lynch (Bank of America), Lehman Brothers, and other corporates, where he worked on institutional-grade financial analysis, board-level strategy projects, and capital markets transactions. He has supported senior leadership teams on investment prioritization, business transformation initiatives, and capital allocation decisions for Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients.
He is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and specializes in building investor-grade financial models, fundraising pitch decks, and capital planning frameworks that translate business strategy into clear, credible investment cases for venture capital, private equity, banks, and strategic investors. Prasad also holds an Executive Postgraduate (ExPG) qualification and an MBA in Corporate Finance.
