5. No Refund After Access Activation

  • An Excel value-only file has been downloaded

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • User no longer needing the service

  • User not using the service after purchase

7. No Guarantee-Based Refunds

8. Downloads Are Value-Only Outputs

Downloads do not include:

No refund will be provided because formulas, linked logic, source code, or proprietary methodology are not included in the downloaded files.

10. Custom Consulting and Professional Services

Custom consulting, customized model development, industry-specific models, advisory support, fundraising support, bank financing support, valuation work, corporate finance services, or other professional services are non-refundable once the work has started, discussions have begun, time has been allocated, or scope preparation has commenced.

Any consulting fee, discussion fee, advance fee, retainer, or customization-related charge is non-refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

If any platform payment is agreed to be adjusted against a separate consulting quote, such adjustment will apply only if confirmed in writing by Vyron Global.

11. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors

If a user believes there has been a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, or billing error, the user should contact us at:

  • Payment date

Where legally permitted, correction, replacement access, re-performance of service, credit, or access restoration may be provided instead of a refund.

13. Payment Gateway, Bank, and Third-Party Charges

Vyron Global is not responsible for charges imposed by third parties, including:

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Bank charges

  • Card issuer fees

  • Currency conversion differences

  • Take other action permitted by law

16. Mandatory Legal Rights

If applicable law requires a refund, replacement, correction, compensation, cancellation right, cooling-off right, or other remedy in a specific situation, Vyron Global will comply only to the extent required by such law.
